General Contractors will receive our mailer within 1-5 days, depending on their location.

Vetting
We pride ourselves in advertising quality sub-contractors in our mailers. We review customer feedback, services, licenses, insurance, and additional information as needed.
Ad Preparation
Businesses may submit their own ads, which must fit our size parameters. For an additional cost, we offer services to assist in ad creation.
Choose Counties
We provide exclusivity by only allowing one trade industry per county. Your business will be listed on a county’s mailer if there is not already a business signed up within your industry.
Live Mailing
All businesses who’ve been vetted, submitted an ad, and selected their counties will be ready to go live. Every new home permit will receive our mailer with your business in it.
Contacts List Report
On a weekly basis, we provide businesses a report of contact data for mailer recipients. Add these General Contractors to your leads list to get on bid lists.

VETTING PROCESS
We ensure every business featured in Contractors Advantage is of quality and can be trusted. Our vetting process utilizes a number of sources.
1. Google Rating
We perform an exhaustive review of a business’ Google rating and customer reviews to ensure there are no stand-out issues or patterns of poor quality or performance.
2. Social Media
We also review standings in social media for negative reviews, signs of upset social circles, or any other performance issues.
3. BBB
We check a business’ reputation with the Better Business Bureau to ensure there are no open files denoting poor business practice or performance issues.
4. Administrative
Depending on the trade, we will pull license, insurance, bonding, and permit information to ensure businesses are in compliance with all applicable governing bodies.
If we find any concerns, we may request to speak with business references.
